At Blooms by Britt, every arrangement is custom designed using fresh, premium flowers sourced specifically for your order. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we maintain the following policy.

Order Confirmation

​

All orders require full payment or the required deposit before design work begins. Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and floral materials are reserved specifically for your event or arrangement.

Refunds

​

Because flowers are perishable and many materials are purchased specifically for each order, all sales are final.

• Payments are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed.

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations, changes of mind, or failure to pick up an order.

• Custom floral designs, personalized items, and special-order flowers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Changes

​

We understand that plans may change. Requests to modify an order must be submitted as soon as possible.

• Changes are subject to availability and must be approved by Blooms by Britt.

• Additional charges may apply if changes require additional flowers, supplies, or labor.

• We cannot guarantee changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery.

Flower Availability & Substitutions

​

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. If a specific bloom is unavailable, Blooms by Britt reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall color palette, style, and quality of the original design.

Delivery

​

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer or accepted by the recipient, Blooms by Britt is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers due to weather, handling, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the order.

Event & Wedding Bookings

​

For weddings, corporate events, and other special events, a detailed service contract will be provided for your review and signature before your booking is confirmed. The contract outlines the scope of services, payment schedule, cancellation policy, rental terms (if applicable), and all event details to ensure a clear understanding between both parties.
